Announcing a free reminder service to help you reduce the stress in your life. It's simple, easy to use, and efficient.

How many times have you said to yourself
“Oh No. Not Again”
when you have forgotten to do something important on your to-do list?

You’re not alone. We all have. What if you had your own personal secretary, who would remind you ahead of time, every time, you had something important to do in the future.

Your own personal secretary has just arrived.
And he works for free.

For months now, I have looked for something that I could offer to the people who visit this web site that would help them reduce their stress. And I very much wanted it to be something I could offer them for free.

Well, I found it. In my search, I discovered another web site that would help anyone reduce their stress. And I liked it so much, I bought it. The entire website.

The name of the website is:

www.TheReminderKing.com .

It is set up so anyone can join, but I'm doing this for people with Crohn’s Disease.

It’s simple, easy and efficient. And best of all, it's free.

In essence, you'll set your account up so you receive email reminders about anything you need to do in the future. You set the dates you want to be reminded about something, and bam, you get the reminder email ensuring you don't forget to do it.

Here’s some uses for TheReminderKing.com

Birthdays and Special Event Reminders
Health & Fitness Goals/Reminders
Family & Relationships Goals/Reminders
Time Management & Organization
Goals/Reminders
Personal Finance Goals/Reminders
Career Goals/Reminders
Education & Training Goals/Reminders
Personal Growth & Interest Goals/Reminders
Recreation & Leisure Goals/Reminders
Home Improvement & Real Estate
Goals/Reminders

The reason you see the word “Goals” above is that there is a separate page for you to use to help you achieve your goals. On that page, you will list your goal, the pros of achieving it, the cons of not achieving it, and the action patterns you need to take to achieve your goal (personally, I just put “the next step” in that box).

Now here’s a reminder about the service: It’s Free!

If you want to sign up for the service, Here's what to do...

When you go to the site, you will be asked to fill out a form. I want you to know I respect your privacy. You will receive absolutely nothing from me, and I will not share your information with anyone. (If you’ve signed up for my newsletter , you know this is true.)

Frankly, if I knew how to program I would take that form out. Big problem - I don’t know how to program. The reason you see this website on Crohn’s Disease is I found a way, developed by a doctor, that makes it possible for someone with no programming experience, to produce a professional website. This website has won awards and I don’t know how to program. (If you think you would like to create your own website on any subject you‘re interested in, here’s a link to the system the doctor created: click here. ) If you decide to join, here’s what you will see and do:

* Go to www.TheReminderKing.com

* At the top, on the right, you will see four buttons. First click the “join” button and fill out the form.

* Set your userID and password.

* Then bookmark the site as a “favorite” to make it easy to get to every day.

* Then, when you are ready to set your reminders, click on the button that says “my account.”

* After logging in, you will see a menu that has:

My Home | Edit Account Info | My Reminders | My Goals | My Calendar | Delete Account | Logout

* When you click on “My Reminders,” just fill out the form.

That’s all there is to it.
