working with crohn's disease

i have been on job seekers allowance for nearly a year now. they have told me at job centre that i have to go to a place called A4E to do a flexible job deal. this includes cv work interview skills etc. i obviously dont mind any of that. the thing that is worrying me is that i will have to do a work placement or my money will get stopped. the thing that worries me is if they make me work mornings, as that is my worst part of the day, & if they make me do strenuous work, as that makes me ill. dont get me wrong im not scared of work, i just dont want to be ill because of it. i am in remission at the mo & would like to stay that way. does anyone know if im entitled to refuse certain things they offer me without them stopping my money?
