Illiostomy and crohns disease

my friend has an illiostomy and has chrons and its out of remission
and he has been turend down for helath inurance cause they tell himm he makes to
much money. he needs to see a dr and get some help. can someone tell me what he
can do.

my brother has an ilestomy i also had a temporary one your gp or consultant needs to get in contact with the insurers stating what your situation is and that it wont change, as we know chrons can rear its ugly head at any point, and the stoma is permanent. failing that citezens advice bureau
