how to better cope. every morning I wake up thankful to be alive. Until the reality sets in that I have limitations. Then the cramps and general unwell feelings begin. Then tears and fears and anger and sadness. Sometimes feeling like I wish I were dead. So tired of the struggles and me pretending to be well. Psoriasis is suspect (red ITChy sore peeling rash) around not one but both stomas. I have struggled to keep required product attached around stomas. I first noticed it approximately mid june 2018. Almost a year of going stir crazy. I have seen 4 ET nurse and more Dr.s then I can count.
