My problem I'm on Depo (3 month birh control shot) I was about 150lbs January 2010 now (April 1, 2011) I'm 195 lbs. I need to loose weight and don't know what to do. The foods I can eat include green beans, potatoes, carrots, spinach, rice, pasta, turkey, chicken, beef, eggs, cheese, yogurt, sourcream. Foods I stay away from are nuts, pork, milk, white bread, a lot of fruits they are hard to tolerate. I need weight loss fast things you can do at home.
