weight after pregnancy with crohns disease

I have CD and I am wondering if I will gain weight after I have a baby. Everyone in my family is a bit larger than they should be so with crohns I've always been under weight. The women in my family get tend to keep the weight on and I was wondering if I would gain weight and either lose it or keep it.
