Weak Bones

Does Chromes affect bones and weaken them?? i was told that friend may have chromes disease but i thought this was something completely different from what they were explaining! My friends bones are affected by joint pains and rashes on the skin, mainly on the legs but has not suggested any stocmach pain of any kind, im confussed!
