Too many treatments.. none of them work

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease about 6 years ago, I have tried every single treatment... (no joke) and all of them stop working about 2 to 3 months in. I have been qualified to get the ileostomy (full removal of all intestines and ileum) I am very nervous of life after that. I am a divorced mom of 3, and just starting life over. As of now I cannot work more than 10 hours a week without feeling ill. Is it possible that I will stop having all these symptoms after the surgery? I am so tired of having no energy and losing weight. People I haven't seen for periods of time have actually asked me if I have an eating disorder. Just wish I had all the answers.
