questions for cd

by sammy
(little rock,ar)

I have crohn's disease and am currently on asacol, metronidazole , and levaquin. I have constant drainage from fistulas. My doctor told me I would need to have some kind of stitch surgery if the meds did not work by march 3rd.They don't seem to be working and I'm very nervous about the surgery.Does anyone have a suggestion? Also if I refuse to have a colostomy, what is the worst that can happen?
