question about crohns disease

Hi I'm a 15 year old female and I had bright red bloody stools for approximatly a week a few months ago and then it ended. Along with that, I have experienced persistent side cramps/pain, fatigue, and sometimes I feel very light-headed and dizzy. I don't know if this is normal, and since the blood part hasn't happened in a while, I don't know if I'm all good. My biological aunt also has Crohn's. Thanks!
