Pregnancy crohns and azathioprine

I've just found out I'm pregnant and was taking Azathioprine to control my Crohns. I've heard that it can cause underweight babies or premature birth though so while I'm still waiting to get in to see my specialist I have stopped taking all medication. Luckily I'm currently in remission so I'm happy to do this. Would be great to speak to someone who has been through this though and has any advice?
