please help is this crohn's

i have had problems with my bowel for quite a few years
i have just had a flex sigmoidoscopy yesterday twice actually after an mri scan a few weeks earlier,
they found a polyp and took a biopsy and also found a abscess as i have had bad pain and leaking clear fluid from my bottom for the last few months my youngest daughter was just diagnosed with coeliac disease i have no serious weight loss could this all be crohn,s disease
any help would be great
