Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania are looking for participants specifically with either Crohn's Disease or Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) to fill out a few questionnaires to help in the development of a new measure of GI symptoms and distress. If you have been diagnosed by a medical professional with one of these two conditions, we would be very appreciative if you could take a few minutes of your valuable time to visit our secure website and complete the questionnaires.
