No real diagnosis

by Mom

My 6 year old has labs that point to Crohns, colonoscopy that shows a perfectly healthy intestine, yet biopsies that are inconclusive, including 2 granulomas. Nausea, fever and abdominal pain. No diarrhea. Extensive testing comes up negative for everything, but blood work shows inflammation. Docs are going to treat with steroids for short-term and see if he improves.. anyone have any suggestiongs?
