My son had a stem cell transplant for Crohns....

My son was 12 years old when diagnosed with Crohns. At age 25 (last year), he underwent a stem cell transplant. He went from having the worst crohns to being completely crohns free. It really was amazing. The before and after colonoscopy photos says it all. I just wanted to say that for anyone who has severe Crohns, to please look into stem cell transplants. I would have done it in a heat beat years ago, if I knew then what I know now. Please remember that they are making great stides in finding a cure.
