My son complains of neck, back, and muscle pain...doctors say there is nothing wrong

My son has been complain of neck, back and muscle pain for years...I ve had test blood and X-rays done on him and the doctors keep saying their is nothing wrong with him. My son is 12 now. I feel their is something wrong with him but the doctor are not seeing it.
