Morning sickness and crohn's

I am 7 weeks pregnant and feel so sick, my crohn's has been fine no problems for a while, but now
I can't eat and feel like I did when my crohn's flared up, and at night it's worse I am always sick
Do you think I should see my doctor for help or is it just the baby? It's our first child and I worry.
