marijuana and crohns disease

diagnose since feb 09. on humira, about 5 trips to the ER since then, always smoked marijuana(pretty much daily) recently, every time i smoke i have this sensation in my lower abdomen(small intestine part maybe?)but in the other hand marijuana helps me with my appetite and mood.

does anybody else have this feeling?
