Is this a change in my crohns disease?

i have crohns disease and lupus, 4 months ago i suffered a functional stroke. i always used to have a real urgency when i needed to go to the loo. diorrhea more often than not, that was just me and has been for the last 8 years. Now since sept 09 i cannot go to the loo without the use of lactulose, and only go every two or three days, instead of atleast twice per day, WHY?
