Husband just diagnosed

Good Morning. My husband has just been diagnosed with Crohn's. How frustrating this has been. We feel totally lost because we can't seem to get this under control. Anti-inflammatories don't seem to work. Everything he eats does not set well. He is loosing weight fast. We have had all the tests and have seen 2 different doctors to try to get some direction.
