Hi

I have Chrons for the last year - I completely lost 2008.... Mostly spent in the toilet...
I've been on Prednisilone which is brilliant - short term remedy to the upset stomach... but you do put weight on after a while....
I've been on Azathioprine for 2 months now whilst I was taking Prednisilone... I came off Prednisilone today and well not had a great day...
I find I go 4 times in the morning... I am having milk though in the morning with cereal which I will come off now as I've read on here that Milk is bad.
Will see what happens...!!

My dr did suggest i take Humira injection but I wanted to give Azathiorpine a chance.. I guess I've got one more month of it ( which'll make it 12 wks on the pills )....

Joint pain especially in my fingers was a problem - in the mornings - but over 2 months that has gone.. thank god!!...

THe morning are bad for me... going 4 times is annoying... I've even had problems getting into work where I've had urge to go toilet as soon as I get out of my car and walk up to work... embarrasing...
The nights have got better as I only wake up once a night...

I'm hoping milk in my problem!! fruit too is hard.. i can't have apples or bannana's as if i do i need to go toilet straight away... oranges are a problem too...

Humeria rejection for Shawna
by: Anonymous

Shawna,
How did your body reject Humeria. What were symptoms?

Humira
by: shawna-Missouri

I was on a 40 mg pen shot of Humira for every 2 weeks for a year. i felt awesome and my joints did not hurt anymore and my skin cleared up as well. But last month my body rejected it. i had a horrible allergic reaction so now they are looking at other options... Good luck!!
