HELP!!! I have a rectovaginal fistula

HELP!!! I have a rectovaginal fistula
i am currently recieving infliximab treatment for my crohn's as i have a rectovaginal fistula!! has anyone else experienced this??. It makes me feel so depressed and anxious. I feel my bowels are feeling better , I just wish the fistula would stop draining as when im uptight and stressed about the fistula it makes my tummy muscles tense!!!

I also have a rectovaginal fistula and I have been on remicade for 9 months now and it has not closed yet...Still hopeful the remicade works and closes the rectovaginal fistula..The fistula is about one inch from the opening...Went to see two sergins and they said to leave it alone to live with it..Was told the remicade would work..
