Headaches and Crohns

I was recently diagnosed with Crohns and am under treatment and doing fairly well, but I have had a headache almost everyday for over a year. I had a catscan done awhile back and nothing showed up. I also went to a chiropractor and was treated for neckpain. Does anyone else get headaches everyday and what do you use to treat them? I'd appreciate some feedback. Teresa
