having tests to determin what is wrong with me crohn's ?

hi i am a 32 year old women,i have been suffering with these symptoms for the last ten years, bloated stomach, constant visits to the toilet at least 10 to 15 times a day, constantly feeling tierd,swallon joints, constantly feeling sick, i wake up most nights in the most extreme pain followed by being sick, my gp thinks it maybe ibs i am currently seeing a specialist but they are taking a long time to get back to me with any answers, can anyone help please i am a mum to three children who cant leave the house with fear of this happening to me outside x
