Is it possible for a diagnosis of Crohn's if I don't have diarrhea? I almost never have loose stools, but capsule endoscopy showed probable ulcers in the terminal ileum. I do get the right lower abdominal pain and recurrent iron-deficiency anemia, so maybe I just have a mild case that doesn't cause diarrhea? And is it really necessary to have intubation of the terminal ileum when treatment probably would be the same even after that procedure? (I really don't want to go through yet another procedure with bowel prep!)
