crohns disease

i have crohns disease,for 17 yrs, and have had a few ops, my last op i had a stoma put in, thats 3 yrs now, i have been unwell from december, and am loosing weight, just over a stone, sinc december, the doc is talking about putting me on inflixamab, i have had it before, but i have narrowings, at the moment, and dont think i should be put on this treatment, cuz of the narrowings, any one, know, out there, cuz im lost on this one,
