crohns and pregnancy

hi im so worried i have crohns colitis i had my large intestines removed also my colon removed too leading to me having to have a bag this was 5 years ago but got it reversed 3 years later, ive come off my pill 5 months ago but this last month ive had 2 periods instead of just the one i normally have,me and my partner have been trying for the 5 months and have got nowhere im so worried is it me that we cant have a baby because of the surgery i had and because of crohn coltis has anyone else gone off to have children suffering from this? has it effected your children? please help im 24 by the way xx
