crohn's and a cold

I have Crohn's and I was wondering what kind of cold meds. can I take that will not cause me to flare up and have problems. Any advice will help.

I have had crohn's for about 7 years. What has worked the best for me is 'Neo Citron' hot lemon releif type of cold medicine; with a acetaminophen pain releiver, NOT ibuprophen and a mild decongestant.
