burning feeling typical for all?

I always have a burning feeling. Is this typical for all Chron's sufferers? I would like to understand why the burning feeling? I don't believe I have a stomach ulcer, but I do have inflammation. Does it come from acidosis or inflammation? Is it just inflammation that makes the burning feeling? Trying to combat the acid only seems to help a little.
