Benefits for people with crohns disease

Hi My wife has had crohns disease for 10 years and she has never let it affect her and has always tried to keep down a full time job. We have had 2 healthy children but after each labour my wifes crohnss disease flairs up. I was wondering if there were any benfits or money we could claim to help with bills. Any help would be appreciated
