90 pills $1345.00 for my Entocort. Is there an alternative dug?

I was just diagnosed with Colitis. Dr's Rx was 3 pills a day of Entocort. Costco price $1345.00 for 90 pills (a 1 month supply).
I have now reached the "donut hole" in my Medicare Rx program and have to pay the next $4200. out of pocket.
Has anyone had success with another less expensive drug for Colitis.
